More things to do? Like....

Hey I used to own a server myself and found that the (Jobs) plugin worked well and give players more to do and help players make money.

I also find that having a bank on a server very fun as it is rare to find gold, (you could always set it to selling gold ingots for a cheap price or something so people can make money (if they do not like the auction). i.e Admin Shop

Updating the server more regularly in planet mine-craft would be beneficial as the server is dead at the moment . Yes looking out for new players joining is a hardy task when there are a lot but that's what you ask for when you own or administrate/mod a server. More active staff may help to (from different time-line) of course. These are only my opinions and suggestions, they come from experiences running servers and being an operator on servers to.

Yeah I definately need staff from other timezones. It seems my admins I have in the states minus Hdavies are starting to be seen more rarely.

I update the server on planetminecraft daily when I get the chance, as well as a few other sites. Most people come, then leave within 5 seconds or start spamming for staff or rank promotions -.-

Thank you for the suggestions I will definately look into the jobs plugin and I believe that Hdavies made an Admin shop in the spawn that sells Gold Ingots
